Password Manager Data Vault App Reviews

Its is a great functioning program that I would not do without. As most of us have our written life on our phones and PCs this is essential. I I ever lose this phone I will be in deep ????? This program lets me sleep at night.

I have been using this app for a few years and find it to be reliable and it has all the flexibility that one needs for inputting fields. I have never had a problem when getting a new phone as everything comes down from the cloud pretty quickly I only use iOS, so I dont know how it performs with other operating systems.

I have been using the mobile for many years now, when I decided to purchase the desktop version to sync with my PC this where I realized how awful is the sync option it is not reliable, plus the browser integration is very bad comparing to 1Password. I finally took the decision and I am done with Datavault I really recommend for anyone to go directly to 1Password and avoid time and money wasting bad and ignorant customer support with this app

I have been using Datavault on my PC, synced with my ipad2 and iphone for 3-4 years. Cant live without it but I took it for granted since everything ran so smoothly. Something finally broke - I was not able to sync and could not set up a new ipad mini 4. It took a few days of back and forth email with Support but I am finally back in business and everything is working even better than before. I did have to purchase the latest Windows version but it was less than $10 (less than what I originally paid). Great app and great support. I highly recommend this app.

Love the app, cant say enough enough good think about the program. I have the program on my Iphone, Ipad and desktop and was so pleased with it that I installed it on all of my wifes similar equipment. I rate it 5 Star Plus. Ken

I have been using Data Vault for several years and have found it to be an outstanding app. By using the Dropbox sync method my iPad, iPhone and desktop are always in sync. Recently I had problems upgrading to my new iPad Pro. Customer service responded immediately and solved my problem. I highly recommend both of the app and the developer.

Does everything I want it to

Backups have worked every time I have switched phones. Im always a little scared and it hasnt failed me yet. I feel like such an organized person when I can pull up the pad lock code to Uncle Johns shed at the cabin to get out the fishing poles. (Just a funny example)

I have been using this for several years - keeps my data current across Windows, MAC and multiple iOS devices. Very flexible in how you can organize your data. Recently had an issue (my fault) in updating & their tech support was excellent - far above my expectations!

So incredible. Especially love the ease of update phone to laptop and vice versa. Wish the iPhone app had a thumbprint recognition option.

DataVault has the security, synchronization, and ease of use that meet my needs. Face it, if you dont have all those, you wouldnt have a usable app! ... a Mac,iPod Touch, and iPhone user.

I cant believe some people still keep their passwords on paper. I could not live without this app. I keep it synced across my iPhone iPad laptop and desktop.

Ive used this app for a couple of years. I bought both the Windows version and the iOS version so that I could sync my work laptop (Windows) with my apple mobile devices. Turns out they now want me to pay again in order to get the new version in order to resolve an issue that is preventing the sync between my devices. Too bad they ruined what used to be a great product. Avoid DataVault unless you want to keep paying for version upgrades.

I mostly use Data Vault to manage authentication credentials. It works great! Its ability to save backups saved me recently when I broke my iPhone. Got a new phone and restored Data Vault from backup and had lost only a little bit of data.

There is no way I could keep track of all of my passwords, or worse, theyd all be the same, & how safe would that be? With DataVault, I can keep different file cabinets for home, work, or other family members. I can sync with my computer & phone, so the information is always handy. DataVault is worth every penny!

I used SPB Wallet for a long time but it started having problems with the sync between the windows client and the iPhone. I decided to try this tool because of the great reviews and the full feature list. I am very happy with my choice. The synchronization works flawlessly. Both the iPhone and the Windows versions offer a lot of flexibility with many options that the user can configure if desired. It is a very easy tool to use. Update: I have been using this tool for years and love it. It is very reliable and the new Dropbox Syncing is fantastic because you dont have to have your PC on to update your iPhone/iPad.

Just an update to my prior review. I dont know why anyone would rate this app a 1. It works great and keeps all my passwords where I need them. I could never remember all of the passwords I have without Datavault! I use wifi to sync to my computers. The only issue I ever run into is when I have to manually enter an IP address to sync with if Im on a separate branch of my home network.

I have been using the product for several years, both on iPod Touch and Windows and it works very well for me.
